Content License

1. Our content

All text, photography, product descriptions, the McAllister Larder name and site design are owned by MCALLISTER DELI COMPANY LIMITED or our licensors. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission, beyond normal personal browsing.

2. Content you submit

When you provide content such as a gift-note message or recipient details, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and use that content solely to fulfil your order — for example, to print a gift note or address a parcel. We do not use it for unrelated purposes.

3. Responsibility for your content

You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm it is lawful and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline to print content that is unlawful, abusive or infringing.
