Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact support@mcallisterdeli.shop and we will let you know if we can help.

2. Shipping cost

Standard shipping is a flat $12 in USD. Orders of $60 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Larder Club tiers may include reduced or free shipping as described on the membership page.

3. Dispatch and delivery times

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• International delivery typically takes 5–15 business days after dispatch, subject to customs.

These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier and customs delays can occur.

4. Perishability and storage

Every box is ambient and shelf-stable, chosen so it can travel and wait. On arrival, store cool and dry and follow the best-before and storage guidance on each pack. Some items should be refrigerated once opened. We do not ship chilled, frozen or fresh items, and no box contains alcohol.

5. Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charge.

6. Address accuracy and direct-to-recipient gifts

Please check the delivery address carefully, especially for gifts sent directly to a recipient. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.

7. Problems with delivery

If your order is delayed, damaged or does not arrive, see our Refund & Returns Policy or contact us with your order reference. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
