- How soon will my box arrive?
- Orders usually dispatch within 1–3 business days. Domestic delivery takes about 2–5 business days after dispatch; international 5–15 business days. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.
- Do the boxes need refrigeration?
- No. Every box is ambient and shelf-stable so it travels safely and waits until you are ready. Store cool and dry, and follow the pack labels; some items should be refrigerated once opened.
- Where can I find allergen information?
- Each box page lists its allergens, and the physical pack labels are the authoritative source. If you have a severe allergy, check both before ordering and before consuming.
- Is there any alcohol in the boxes?
- No. Our entire range is alcohol-free.
- My box arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
- Contact us within 14 days with your order reference and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund. See the Refund & Returns Policy.
- How do I skip or cancel a Larder Club month?
- Manage your subscription in the Customer Portal before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future renewals while your current paid period stays active.
- Can I order a large quantity or a custom box?
- Yes — use the Wholesale & custom form and our trade team will send a quote.
